Returns
You may return eligible items within 14/30 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:

Hygiene or personal-use products (if opened)
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
